Wear Button is designed for easy and adaptive installation onto a wide range of wear problem areas to prevent wear in localized trouble spots. It is ideal for smaller areas requiring less welding time and material. Perfect solution for ground engaging applications as on adaptor teeth, shovels, buckets, loaders, excavators and draglines, conveyor transfer points, chutes, heavy earth moving equipment, etc. Available in diameters from 60mm up to 150mm.
Wear Bar & Block - Heavy-Duty Performance
Wear bar can withstand the impact and wear and offer superior wear life in various industrial applications, commonly used in equipment and machinery where surfaces are subjected to continuous wear. It is suitable for both fixed and mobile applications, such as conveyor corners, edges, rock box protection, chute and lip protection, build up points, impact areas, inner and outer walls of buckets, transfer points and hard to reach places where impact and wear resistance is needed. A wide variety and custom design are available to adapt for specific applications.
ZTA Ceramic Wear Liner - Superior Protection
ZTA ceramics are vulcanized to a rubber bed and steel plate suitable for stud welding. It offers an increased lifetime and resistance to cracking when compared to conventional alumina tile based liners. It combines extreme abrasion resistance with increased impact resistance to create a wear liner for harsh environments. ZTA ceramic wear liner is ideal for applications where extreme abrasion resistance is required. It is used as an anti-wear liner on equipment with large conveying volume, large material and high impact.
High quality Steel Backed Ceramic Liner
The steel backed ceramic liner consists of high quality ceramic tiles bonded to a steel backing plate with rubber, it allows liners to be quickly mounted and automatically positioned on all 4 sides, eliminating guesswork and the need for time consuming measurements to lay out individual liners. It allows individual change out of liners without having to remove adjacent liners. The backing steel plate takes the load and support the liner in place, hard ceramic surfaces provide good wear resistance while the elasticity of the rubber absorbs the impact. Excellent wear resistance in applications with sliding wear and high material speeds.
High quality Rubber Backed Ceramic Liner
The rubber backed ceramic liner is a special option for applications with increased impact. Ceramic cylinders, hexagonal prisms, or flat tiles are embedded in elastomer, these liners provide exceptional wear life when facing increased impact. It combines the advantages of high hardness of ceramic, high impact resistance and anti-fatigue properties of rubber, and can well solve the problem of equipment wear in the process of conveying bulk materials.
Weldable Alumina Ceramic Wear Tile
Ceramic wear liners are manufactured to fit into existing applications and can be easily installed by studs, counter bored holes molded into the liner or by welding. It is very convenient for quick and easy attachment which makes on site repairs much efficient, we offer custom shapes, bevels and edge protection.
Epoxy Alumina Ceramic Wear Tile
Epoxy Backed Ceramic Tile is the industry standard for extreme wear applications. The combination of durable ceramic and strongly bonded epoxy results in dependable system protection. With ceramic tiles, you can also replace sections at a time without the need to make a full replacement. Strategically replacing your ceramic tiles helps you lengthen your equipment's lifespan even more. Flat tiles are used in most applications, hex matted used mainly for conical and cylindrical sections. Tiles are grouted with high strength epoxy adhesive and can be custom cut and laid by hand for complex geometries.
Abrasion Resistant Steel Plate
AR steel plate is a highly versatile, through hardened, abrasion-resistant steel plate with the ability to withstand high impact and medium level abrasion applications, giving you extended service life and high productivity in the most challenging environments.
The wear resistant steel plate has high wear resistance and good impact performance, and can be cut, bent, welded, etc., and can be connected with other structures by welding, plug welding, bolting, etc., which saves time in the process of repairing the site.
HISAN Chromium Carbide Overlay Wear Pipe
