High Chromium White Cast Iron's superior wear resistance is mainly due to a high volume fraction of very hard, well-dispersed carbides in a matrix of martensite, the microstructure is controlled to maximize the abrasion resistance, the presence of carbides, the fatigue resistance and the toughness of high chromium white cast iron all play an important role in its abrasion resistance.This product combines the abrasion resistance of alloyed white iron with the ability to cast custom shapes to form a unique wear solution for varied applications. It is commonly used in applications that experience severe wear.

Bimetal Casting CWI

Bimetallic wear products a wear resistant layer of high chromium white iron metallurgically bonded to a mild steel backing plate. The white iron has a hardness of 700 Brinell providing incredible abrasion resistance and the mild steel backing plate is easily weldable with little preparation and with good impact toughness. With superior wear resistance performance, it can provide protection against high abrasion in some of the hard conditions, extends the life of your excavator, shovel, wheel loader bucket, chute, bin, hopper or crusher liner. With a variety of shapes and sizes, these products are easily installed to high wear areas contributes to reduced maintenance and downtime.

Ni Hard Liners& Billets

Ni Hard is a white cast iron, alloyed with nickel and chromium suitable for low impact, sliding abrasion for both wet and dry applications. Ni Hard castings are produced with minimum of 550 Brinell hardness, hard white cast iron containing 4% Ni and 2% chrome, it covers a group of white cast irons that have been alloyed to secure high resistance to abrasive wear in the applications of Mining, Milling, Construction, Earth Handling, Asphalt, Cement industries.

Ni Hard products include liners and billets that can be made to the customers' specification or supplied from our range of stock sizes.
